Building Management Operations Update

Here's a quick update on how the Building Management Office has changed our operations:
We are available to all Tenants, Staff and Vendors Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm by E-Mail, Phone & or scheduled Video Conference. Additionally, we will have one employee on site each day (except Fridays) but ask that you stop by Suite 1030 after calling or e-mailing us first. The Suite 1030 doors will remain locked during the day (press doorbell).
Onsite Hours: Mon - Thu 9am - 5pm and Friday by appointment. To maintain physical distancing protocols, only 1-2 members of the office will be in at any given time Mon-Thu. The rest of the office is available by e-mail, phone and video conference (via RingCentral).
Office Phone: (415) 421-7221 is available 24/7. During Business Hours, our Tenant Services Coordinator is answering calls. If calling after hours or if Fran is unavailable, you may leave a message with our answering service or simply leave a voicemail. Our Answering Service will contact us directly in case of emergency.
Online Services:
- If you need to place a Work Order for Engineering or Janitorial (or to reserve the Mayan Room), login at www.450Sutter.com and click "Tenant Resources"
- If you need to Pay Rent, adjust your Auto-Pay setup, view Statements and review your Lease Agreement visit www.450Sutter.com and click "Tenant Portal"
- To look up answers to Frequently Asked Questions, review the Latest Building News, Post Classified Ads and Discuss Ideas with your neighbors, visit www.450Sutter.com and click "Tenant Resources", then "Community Forum"

Building Employee Hours:
- Engineers are onsite during business hours during weekdays (excluding holidays).
- Janitorial Dayporters are onsite during business hours during weekdays (excluding holidays) for common area / restroom cleaning and to assist with spills during the day. We've hired an additional Dayporter whose sole job is to clean high-touch surfaces all day. Surfaces include Building & Garage Entry Doors, Tenant Suite Door Handles, Restroom Door Handles & Fixtures and Elevator buttons (both on the floors and inside the cabs).
- Janitorial Night Crew is onsite 6pm - 2am during weekdays (excluding holidays). This crew is responsible for the bulk of Janitorial Services, including Compost, Recycling & Trash removal, vacuuming/sweeping suites and any additional requested detail cleaning. - Lobby Staff (Gordon & Irma) are onsite during weekdays from 7am - 4pm (excluding holidays). Lobby Staff or Security will be in the Lobby 24/7. The Lobby desk phone number is (415) 434-6302.
- Parking Attendants are onsite while the 450 Sutter Garage is open. Valet is no longer offered. Garage Hours are Monday - Friday 5am-9pm, Saturdays 7am-7pm and closed on Sundays, but may change in the future if demand increases during the weekends.
